Services
Our practice does not bill or accept payments from insurance providers. We charge fee-for-service up front and can, with the exceptions of Medicare, Medicaid, and Tricare, provide you with a superbill for our services after your visit. Depending on your coverage, an insurance provider may reimburse you for part or all of the up front fee for our services according to your policy with them.
Our practice operates this way for many reasons. It allows us to focus on you rather than administration; devote the time of each visit to endeavor for permanent improvement; make our pricing transparent, predictable, and fair; streamline our processes and have common-sense scheduling; the list goes on.
As of now, our Services are:
– Initial Visit (up to 60 minutes) are $300.
– Follow-up Visits (up to 30 or 60 minutes) are $150 or $300, respectively.
